Therapy Packages & Service Cancellation Policy

Definitions

  • Center: Al Fadhl Home Health Care Center
  • Client/Patient: Recipient of therapy or home healthcare services
  • Therapy Package: Prepaid group of therapy sessions at a discounted rate

Package Purchase Conditions

  • Purchase constitutes commitment to complete all sessions.
  • Discounted price applies only if all sessions are completed.
  • Standard session rate is used to calculate refunds for incomplete packages.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Completed sessions are recalculated at the standard rate.
  • Refund Formula:
    Refund = Package Price Paid – (Number of Completed Sessions × Standard Session Rate)
  • Non-refundable fees:
  • Initial assessment fees
  • Home visit fees if missed without notice
  • Cancellation fees for <24-hour notice

Example

  • 10-session package AED 2,000, standard session AED 300:
  • 1 session completed → Refund = 2,000 – 300 = AED 1,700
  • 2 sessions completed → Refund = 2,000 – 600 = AED 1,400

Center Responsibilities

  • Provide qualified medical and therapy staff.
  • Deliver sessions professionally and ethically.
  • Ensure client confidentiality.

Client Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled sessions or provide ≥24 hours notice for cancellation.
  • Accept package terms and conditions.

Policy Modifications

  • The Center reserves the right to modify this policy; the website version is legally binding.

Acceptance

  • Payment for therapy packages constitutes acceptance of all terms.
