2. Definitions

  • Client / Patient / You: Any individual receiving or arranging services.
  • Services: Home healthcare services including medical care, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, personal care, and home health aide services.
  • Therapy Package: A prepaid bundle of therapy sessions offered at a discounted rate.

3. Eligibility & Consent

  • Services are available to individuals 18 years or older.
  • For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and accept responsibility for payments and decisions.
  • By booking or paying for services, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you consent to the collection and processing of your personal and health data as described in this policy.

4. Services & Availability

  • The Center provides qualified, licensed healthcare professionals and delivers services in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Service availability depends on staff schedules and operational capacity.
  • We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue services when necessary.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal, medical, and billing information.
  • Be present and allow access at scheduled home visit times.
  • Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Maintain confidentiality of any account or booking information.
  • Use our services only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

Failure to comply may result in service suspension or additional charges.

6. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Fees are agreed upon at booking or in a service contract.
  • Payments may be required in advance.
  • Overdue payments may lead to suspension of services.
  • All prices are subject to applicable UAE laws and regulations.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Services

  • 48 hours or more notice: Refund available for unused prepaid services.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellation fee may apply (up to one day’s service).
  • No-show or denied entry: No refund.
  • Completed services: Non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Consultation or assessment fees.
  • Administrative charges stated at booking.
  • Missed home visit fees without proper notice.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days (subject to bank processing).

8. Therapy Packages & Cancellation Policy

Package Conditions

  • Purchase of a therapy package constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • Discounted package pricing applies only when sessions are completed.
  • Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice are counted as completed.

Refund Calculation

Refunds for incomplete packages are calculated as:

Refund = Package Price Paid – (Completed Sessions × Standard Session Rate)

A 10% administrative fee may apply where a refund is issued.

Example

  • 10-session package: AED 2,000
  • Standard session rate: AED 300
  • 2 sessions completed → Refund = 2,000 – 600 = AED 1,400
