Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Prepaid Services: Cancel ≥48 hours before service for a refund on unused portion.
  • Short-Notice Cancellations: <48 hours notice may incur a fee equal to one day’s service.
  • No-Show / Denied Entry: No refund will be issued.
  • Services Rendered: No refunds for completed services.

Package Services

  • Refunds may be requested within 30 days for unused portions of prepaid packages, provided ≤50% of sessions are used.
  • A 10% administrative fee may apply.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days.
