Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Prepaid Services: Cancel ≥48 hours before service for a refund on unused portion.
- Short-Notice Cancellations: <48 hours notice may incur a fee equal to one day’s service.
- No-Show / Denied Entry: No refund will be issued.
- Services Rendered: No refunds for completed services.
Package Services
- Refunds may be requested within 30 days for unused portions of prepaid packages, provided ≤50% of sessions are used.
- A 10% administrative fee may apply.
